Perfection

I went to Mass today, and it wasn't a particularly special Mass. The only thing different was that I went to a church I don't normally go to....my old parish. It's a gorgeous church. When I first walked in, I realized it was a modern guitar Mass...which I dislike strongly. I just decided to ignore that aspect of it. The celebrant for that Mass was one of my favorite priests ever. Throughout that whole Mass, my eyes kept getting drawn to the Tabernacle, which is right under a beautiful painting of Christ on the Cross. Those two things were such a perfect reminder of what we were all put here to do - to know, LOVE, and serve God, and that His Love for us was so great that He died for us in the most painful way possible with our sin on his shoulders, and yet He did it willingly. Incredible.

Pure Happiness

A relationship centered around God is a relationship that will get stronger every day. Instead of dating someone for looks, or anything superficial like that, date them for their faith and morals. That's what will keep a relationship going. God will strengthen you to be able to deal with anything that comes at you. It's amazing how God's Love and the love of another who loves God with all his/her heart can overcome any obstacle. Don't give up on Love.

Love for Life...All Life!

I was on the March for Life and seeing the hundreds of thousands of people gathered together in love for the unborn and for the Lord was just incredible. If that doesn't prove that society isn't all bad, I don't know what would. We will not stop until the sanctity of all human life is preserved. God's Love will show through.

Your Love Is Enough

Most Beloved Jesus,
  I pray that all the souls who have given up on love may find comfort, joy, and most importantly, the love they can't find anywhere else, in You. Let them know that no matter how dark things may seem at the time, You are always there to help them through any struggle.
 Let those of us who believe in You to spread Your Love by our lives and testimonies. Your Love is all that we need. You are amazing. You are Love itself.

No Matter What

No matter who you are or what you think you've done to make you unworthy of love, someone out there DOES love you. Don't ever doubt that. There is someone out there, be it a friend, parent, boyfriend/girlfriend, God...even if you don't know it...there is someone right now thinking of you. Loving you. Be confident in that.

A Truly Unfailing Love

  The greatest example of Love is Christ. His Love for us was so great that he was willing to suffer death on a cross. 
  If you want to experience perfect Love, go to Christ. He loves you more than anyone on earth ever can. 
  It may seem hard to believe sometimes, but no matter how YOU feel, God always feels exactly the same way - He feels infinite Love for you. He won't let you go. No matter what you've been through...no matter what you've done... His Love never fails. 

What True Love Means...

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love never fails."

Love should mean desiring what is best for the other person involved, and not what is best for yourself. Love should be completely honest. Don't fool yourself into thinking something is working if it isn't in reality. Honesty is the most important thing in any relationship, no matter who you're with. Any love that follows what is stated in the Bible verse above will truly never fail.
